Earthday, and t's the best day weatherwise we've had
for a long time; filtered sunlight, perfect. A short-tailed vole,
nibbles spilt sunflower hearts beneath the bird feeder.
This year our birthday's fall on a weekend; Barbara's
today, mine tomorrow, so these begonia flowers are as
far as I got with sketching between guests.
