Two crows chase each other performing acrobatics like ravens as each tries to get the upper hand, diving down on its rival. One disappears into the cover of the wood, the other, having seen its rival off, flies back off up the valley.

A downpour turns part of a pile of gravel on the pavement into an illustration of water-sorted sediment. There are twisting banks of gravel in the gutter and a mini-delta of sand below, where the flash flood spread by the drain, loosing energy and dumping its load. | |
