There's still a lot of green in the wood, though it's not a zingy 'peak-of-freshness'
green. This hawthorn hedge retains its leaves, others,
which we've passed on our walks have plenty of crimson berries on them.

I'm
not sure how long ago it is but it seems a long time since I
added any colour to a sketch. So here we are, two Ikea mugs at my mum-in-laws.
I like colour but I always seem so in need of simple, straightforward
drawing when I have the rare chance to draw these days, so I end up using
my pen.
