There's a walk alongside the river from Hope to Castleton; perfect for us this afternoon in our still-not-quite-over-our-jet-lag state. Plenty of subjects for me to come back and draw, including Cavedale (above), with Peveril Castle perched above it. We stop for toasted teacakes and a pot of tea in the Stables Tearoom
of the Old Nags Head in Castleton before walking back to Hope.
