Home Page A half moon is rising. Blackbirds are 'pinking' in a petulant alarmed fashion as they prepare to roost amongst back garden shrubs. We're just about to finish a long day with a meal at the local fish and chip restaurant when I slam the car door on one of my fingers. Instead of eating haddock I end up watching caplin, flounder and turtles on a 'Blue Planet' film about life between the tides showing on the television in the casualty department waiting room.
